My name is Safa Bee Wesley
I am the founder and Executive Director of Bijou Collective, an agency that provides strategy and behind-the-scenes business management to visionaries, healers and world builders. When leaders have a vision burning on their hearts, motivated by a deep desire to serve and create (and to live abundantly while doing it!), they call us to co-create and implement their action plans.
I got my start in the online business world working for public radio & television, and I later moved into a role with Ogilvy & Mather, a global marketing and public relations firm, where I spent several years supporting the world's top brands.
I learned a great deal in my role with Ogilvy, but eventually the misalignment between my values and the companies I supported became too great. That's when I parted ways from Ogilvy and started flying solo, forging a path as a consultant who works exclusively with progressive companies, organizations and entrepreneurs whose vision and values align with my own.
I've also provided business coaching to the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center's Milestone Makers cohorts.
All of this led me to founding Bijou Collective, and then expanding on our mission and service offerings.

We cannot discuss building a new economy – one designed to support and nourish the needs of humanity and nature instead of an economy founded on reckless extraction – without also providing education about our bodies and the right & balanced ways to care for them.
The extractive economy has forced humanity into rhythms and lifestyle choices that run counter to the natural order of things, causing us to deplete our bodies and souls, degrade our health and neglect our relationships in pursuit of financial gain. This pattern has normalized and escalated for so long that much of what should be common knowledge and common practice has been completely lost to us – which is why Bijou Collective has expanded our mission to include resources that fill this knowledge gap.
I've never regretted my decision to depart from the traditional employment track, to follow my heart and build a life that allows me to prioritize my family, health and independence while contributing to an economy that serves the greater good.
