I trained Intel's PR team, wrote Adobe's social media playbooks and provided data-informed content creation strategies to Pantene and Purina, at the same time that I was also providing behind-the-scenes analysis and insights that shaped Ogilvy's service offerings, business development recommendations and staffing decisions.
If that sounds insane, that's because it was. I burned the candle at both ends to the point of exhaustion.

How This Works
When you invest in your partnership, you will receive a welcome letter and a questionnaire to complete. Once you return the questionnaire, you will be sent a link to book time on my calendar, and you'll be given carte blanche to book as many calls as you want, for any times that appear available on my calendar. We'll also connect on Signal, where you will have unlimited access to exchange voice memos or text messages with me (whichever you prefer).
We will use our time together to dig into your business experiences to date, and to articulate your vision and goals for the future, for developing strategies to achieve those dreams and for tracking your progress towards those goals once they are set. I will also be working 'behind the scenes' to run the business, which could mean anything from hiring and managing your staff, writing SOPs and company handbooks, pulling reports and analyzing your business metrics, or managing the logistics for in-person events.
Important Notes
– This role does not include specialist-level tasks such as bookkeeping, building funnels, running paid ad campaigns or creating and posting organic content. However, defining your staff roles and hiring / managing your implementation team definitely does fall within my responsibilities in this role!
– Your investment covers up to 20 hours of executive support per calendar month. Hours do not accrue or 'roll over' from one month to the next. If I am asked and agree to provide additional support during the course of any given month, I will submit an invoice for the additional hours provided, at the rate of $85 per hour. Any required travel will be billed at cost.
– Executive Partnership engagements are offered on a three-month commitment cycle, and they are set to continue auto-billing every three months. You are free cancel your Executive Partnership at any time for any reason. However, there are no refunds offered for unused partnership hours, regardless of your reasons for cancellation. Once you cancel, we will remain in partnership until the end of your current billing cycle.
– Because this is probably going to be a long-term partnership (my current clients have been with me for 5-8 years now), it's important that we connect first to make sure we are a good match before getting started. That's why you will only find the option to book a Discovery Call below.
