Currently based in Tampa, Florida, Melissa brings a little bit of sunshine to the Bijou table, along with expertise in digital marketing and social media. She’s a graduate of the University of Tampa and was named one of Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 30 under 30 business professionals in the city.
When Melissa isn’t working, you can find her in the kitchen recipe testing items like lavender cupcakes and Negroni ice pops for her first cookbook! Melissa’s friends say she’s perfecting her craft one page at a time. She just feels like she’s eating… pretty much constantly.
