VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE: GENERALIST PACKAGES
Examples of generalist activities include email inbox management, social media or membership group moderation, online customer service, laying out existing writing and graphics into newsletters, scheduling the social media content you provide, managing social media comments and inquiries, calendar management, and more.
Up to 20 hours per month = $800 per month
Up to 40 hours per month = $1,350 per month
Up to 80 hours per month = $2,400 per month
Up to 120 hours per month = $3,250 per month
VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE: SPECIALIST PACKAGES
Examples of specialist activities include bookkeeping, creative services such as writing, editing and graphic design, and tech VA support such as building and managing funnels, paid ads, course delivery systems, and membership sites.
Up to 20 hours per month = $1,000 per month
Up to 40 hours per month = $2,150 per month
Up to 80 hours per month = $3,750 per month
Up to 120 hours per month = $4,800 per month
ONLINE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (OBM) PACKAGES
For clients whose operations are complex enough to require expert team management, and for those who need implementation of a business strategy that has already been articulated, we offer online business management (OBM) services.
An OBM's responsibilities include building a staff plan and managing a team, project management, and ensuring your client experience goals are met.
OBM half time (up to 60 hours per month) = $3,750 per month
OBM full time (up to 120 hours per month) = $6,850 per month
Important Details
The packages quoted above are for auto-billing monthly retainers. All hours quoted for each package above are "up to" a maximum number of hours for the month. Hours do not accrue or "roll over" from one month to the next.
There are no minimum commitments; packages can be downgraded or canceled at any time and for any reason.
As a professional courtesy, Bijou Collective will make every effort to give clients at least 30 days of advanced notice to change or cancel a package, and we request the same courtesy in return.
Our private client list is currently full through Spring 2025.
