Launch Your Course

You have fantastic content that you captured during workshops, webinars, and masterclasses. This content is just sitting around in your Dropbox folders doing nothing for you.

Working together, we're going to transform this content into a tripwire or evergreen course you can make money on! We will then load this content into a course delivery platform such as Kajabi, Thinkific, or MemberVault, and we will schedule a series of drip emails within your CRM system to drive your course participants back to each module of content.

Next, we will build a sales funnel, which includes:
–Building your sales landing page
–Building your sales checkout page
–Building and scheduling your email and social media promotions
–Placing this course within a funnel using other existing content (if relevant)

How It Works:

The first step is an intake questionnaire which will include questions about your goals and the the content you have sitting on the shelf, as well as the logins to all your platforms and services (if we do not already have them).

After you have returned this questionnaire, we will send you back a step by step checklist of our recommendations for how to format your content into a course – which will include:

–Video timestamps for cutting the longer content into smaller modules
–Suggested worksheets or workbooks to accompany the course
–All the steps you need to take to get your content ready for the public
–All the content we need for post-sales follow up, including a welcome sequence, content delivery, and upsells

You and your team will produce this content within 30 days, and when you are ready, then we will schedule a day to set up your funnels.

Block out a day on your calendar, and plan to spend the day in your jammies with a great book and cup of tea. We will be working in the background to set everything up, and we will ping you when it's time for you to review stages of our work and give us feedback or approval.

When we have received final approval from you, we will create a video walkthrough of how the funnel looks from the end user's perspective, which includes a live sale as a test to make sure each stage of the process is working smoothly.

This is a low key and fun way to launch your valuable content with minimal effort on your part!
